Step into new profession for college students

Students of a Moscow school were invited for excursion to the head office of the research and production company Grasys. The event was held as part of the RPC Grasys young talents search program implemented in conjunction with college No. 17.

The company leading specialists, candidates of physical, mathematical and chemical sciences, managers of various disciplines of the Research and Development Department performed the part of career consultants and excursion guides.

«We understand that the new generation has a critical need for information that is badly wanted in the career selection. This is also important for us, since we are focused on attracting new young talents with a big promise», stressed Sergey Vladimirovich Potekhin, Director General of RPC Grasys.

As part of the excursion, the 10 and 11 grade students with a specialty in physics and mathematics were able to familiarize themselves in practice with the modern technologies of air and gas separation. The company specialists held a training workshop with the use of the state-of-the-art test benches. The college students also got an insight about the manufacture related business processes, talked to the representatives of various professions, got acquainted with the company structure and specifics of its disciplines and departments involved in the production of the sophisticated modern day equipment.

Many graduates of this vocational school participate in the federal contest program launched by Bauman MSTU «Step Into Future» aimed to form the Russian scientific elite.

In the course of implementation of the young talents search program RPC Grasys offers about 10 vacancies for graduates of the leading national higher education institutions with annual expansion of the company talent pool.
