Nitropower generators produce nitrogen for packing sunflower seeds in Kazakhstan

The Research and Production Company Grasys has developed and supplied three Nitropower generators for IZNAVAR Holding. IZNAVAR is the leader in producing roasted sunflower seeds in Kazakhstan, with production facilities operating in a number of cities.

The nitrogen produced by the generators is used for packing the seeds. The purity of the product nitrogen is 99.9%; the capacity of each generator is 22 cubic meters per hour.

Displacement of oxygen molecules and water vapors in the packing with inert nitrogen prevents oxidizing, preserves the taste and aroma, and extends the shelf life of packed seeds, thus significantly improving the competitive ability of the product and the efficiency of production.
