Gases

One of the prioritized and most important areas of GRSYS activity is the marketing of process gases on the “on-site” basis. According to this sales model, the plant is installed at customer site, while the customer only pays for the actually obtained gas volume. All capital costs associated with the development, construction and operation of the plant are borne by GRASYS. Besides, GRASYS bears all risks of the plant operability. Today, volume of sales based on the on-site model accounts for up to 30% of the entire process gas turnover in the countries with mature gas markets.

Industrial Gases
	Nitrogen Nitrogen is used for the prevention of fire and explosion dangerous situations, purging, and testing of pipelines in the oil and gas industry. In the chemical and petrochemical industries, nitrogen is used for tanks inerting, and in the paint-and-varnish industry — for the prevention of oils polymerization.
	Oxygen Oxygen is used in gas-flame operations, such as metals welding, cutting, and brazing. In the metal industry, oxygen helps increase combustion temperature by the production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
	Hydrogen Hydrogen finds application in oil refinery by hydraulic cleaning and cracking, in ammonia production, as well as by oil, coal and petroleum hydrogenation.
	Carbon dioxide Carbon dioxide is used in the food industry for the production of carbonated drinks and dry ice which is used for food products preservation during storage.
	Argon Argon is used for the generation of inert environment by electric arc welding, in metals plasma welding and cutting, as well as in the  production of stainless steel and other products.
