Cryogenic nitrogen plants

Cryogenic plants offered by our company are the highly efficient equipment designed for large-scale nitrogen production with the purity of up to 1 ppm.

If the required nitrogen purity exceeds 99.999% with the consumption volume of more than 5,000 nm³/hr, cryogenic technology of nitrogen production proves in most cases economically sound. If nitrogen consumption exceeds 10,000 nm³/hr, cryogenic plants are almost inevitably more expedient than membrane or adsorption systems.

General information

Where the customer requires nitrogen production in both gaseous and liquid states, cryogenic technology is the only choice. Liquid air separation products may only be produced with the low-temperature rectification method; membrane and adsorption plants allow producing gases in the gaseous state only.
