Cryogenic oxygen plants

Cryogenic oxygen plants offered by GRASYS are designed for gaseous and liquid oxygen production from atmospheric air with the purity of up to 99.9%.

Where high-purity oxygen — 99–99.9% — is required, cryogenic technology is the only gas separation capable of producing this purity oxygen. The available purity of oxygen produced by membrane and adsorption technology based plants is limited by 50% and 95% respectively.

General information

Cryogenic technology is the optimum choice for large-scale oxygen consumption. Normally, with the consumption volume exceeding 1,000 nm³/hr, cryogenic plants appear the most preferable due to their cost efficiency.

Another advantage of cryogenic oxygen plants is the optional oxygen production in two aggregate states: gaseous and liquid. While the alternative, membrane and adsorption, technologies allow producing gaseous oxygen only.
