Adsorption nitrogen plants
GRASYS offer its customers serial adsorption nitrogen plants AdA-0.010/99.5, AdA-0.010/99.9, AdA-0.100/99.5 and AdA-0.100/99.999, as well as adsorption plants designed to customer specific terms of reference.
Adsorption nitrogen plants offered by our company are the high-efficient facilities designed for nitrogen production with the purity of up to 99.9995%.
Adsorption nitrogen plants complement the range of GRASYS membrane air separation equipment and allow producing nitrogen with the purity of above 99.95% which is the maximum achievable purity for membrane technology. Plants operation is based on the process of air mixture separation into nitrogen and oxygen with the help of adsorbing materials where oxygen is adsorbed by adsorbent, while nitrogen freely passes through.
The key benefits of adsorption nitrogen plants are the low power consumption and minimum operating costs, high reliability and simplicity of operation.
Adsorption nitrogen plants are suitable for a wide range of applications, especially where fairly high nitrogen purity is required. The plants are used in chemical, petrochemical and petroleum industries, as well as in food and pharmaceutical industries, microelectronics etc.
