Serial adsorption nitrogen plants AdA

Serial nitrogen plants in the AdA model range cover a cover a considerable range of capacity and purity of product nitrogen. The plants capacity ranges from 5 to 550 nm³/hr with the nitrogen purity of 99% to 99.9995%.

Serial adsorption nitrogen plants AdA

Commercially produced are the following plant models: AdA-0.010/99.5, AdA-0.010/99.9, AdA-0.100/99.5 and AdA-0.100/99.999. Nitrogen is produced by adsorption nitrogen plants from ambient air immediately at the consumption point. The generator process flow is based on the pressure swing adsorption principle and goes under the ambient temperature. The plants are fully automated requiring no manned attendance during operation.

The plants integrate the most recent technologies allowing to guarantee the equipment high quality and reliability. The plants are designated for indoor operation and are provided in the UKHL 4.1 climatic package.

Serial adsorption nitrogen plants AdA

Adsorption oxygen plants incorporate the compressor unit, air treatment unit, adsorption gas separation unit and the plant control system. The essential advantage of the plants is their simple operation and maintainability. Due to the full automation, no constant monitoring is required during plant operation. Among other benefits of AdA nitrogen plants are the short start and stop time, compact dimensions and light weight.

GRASYS serial adsorption nitrogen plants are efficiently used at chemical, petrochemical and petroleum industry facilities, as well as in food industry, microelectronics, pharmaceutics etc.
