Serial membrane nitrogen plants MA
GRASYS serial membrane nitrogen plants offered in the MA model range are the most advanced and optimally configured equipment for production of gaseous nitrogen with the purity of up to 99.9%.
Serial plants in the MA series cover a significant range of nitrogen purity — from 90% to 99.9% and capacity of 2.5 to 3.110 nm³/hr. Despite the impressive output capacity characteristics, the plants equipment is arranged very compactly and has minimum weight.
The main assemblies of MA series plants are the compressor unit, air treatment unit, gas separation unit and the control system. The gas separation unit consists of specially configured modules producing required purity nitrogen from atmospheric air. Due to the use of the most recent developments, GRASYS nitrogen plants are exceptionally reliable, with membrane unit useful life of up to 180.000 hours of continuous operation.
MA nitrogen plants operate in a fully automated mode, with automatic support and monitoring of working parameters. No manned attendance is required during the plant operation. The option of flexible adjustment of the product nitrogen purity is another significant advantage of GRASYS nitrogen systems.
MA plants are used for inert nitrogen mixture production from atmospheric air for fire and explosion safety assurance at chemical, petrochemical and petroleum industry facilities. Nitrogen produced with MA plants is also used in food and pharmaceutical industries, microelectronics and other industries.
