Adsorption oxygen plants
GRASYS offers its customers advanced serial adsorption oxygen plants AKS, as well as custom-made adsorption plants designed to customer specific terms of reference. The capacity of such plants is up to 3,000 nm³/hr with the oxygen purity of 90–95%.
Where the customer wishes to produce oxygen and inject it in cylinders, GRASYS can offer adsorption oxygen plants for cylinders filling.
GRASYS oxygen plants are produced on the basis of a highly recognized pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and vacuum pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technologies. The oxygen plants operating principle is based on the ability of adsorbing materials to preferentially adsorb nitrogen and impurity gases molecules contained in atmospheric air, while letting oxygen molecules freely pass through. All adsorbents used in oxygen generators are certified and inspected in Russia, which ensures the system operating reliability and high quality of end product.
The adoption of air separation adsorption oxygen plants allows multiply reducing oxygen production costs. The undoubted advantage of these systems, apart from their cost effectiveness, is the simplicity of operation and maintainability as well as their high reliability.
The range of oxygen plants application is extensive, including the autogenous oxygen production (apart from automated metals cutting). Oxygen generators are also used in silicate, pulp-and-paper, food and pharmaceutical industries, in fish farming, effluents treatment, ozone plants feeding, solid wastes incineration and in medicine.
GRASYS offers you a wide range of air separation plants for oxygen production, from small-size mobile plants designated for metals cutting and welding to the systems allowing to arrange for in-house standard oxygen cylinders filling under 150 atm as part of the process flow.
