AdK-0.060 Serial adsorption oxygen plants
AdK-0.060 oxygen plants are designed for production of 93–95% gaseous oxygen from atmospheric air at the rate of 60 nm³/hr, which means 240 oxygen cylinders per day.
While enjoying all the advantages of AGT-0220, an AdK-0.060 oxygen plant far exceeds it by the capacity rate reaching 60 nmі/hr, thereby ensuring oxygen purity of 93–95%, which equals 240 oxygen cylinders per day. AdK-0.060 plants allow to deploy a comprehensive oxygen production cycle at the footprint of just 30 mІ and the aggregate energy consumption not exceeding 95 kW.
A standard AdK-0.060 delivery set includes air compression unit, air conditioning unit, adsorption gas separation unit, oxygen booster compressor, oxygen loading rack, and cutter. Besides, it includes a flow meter enabling operator to monitor plant throughput.
AdK-0.060 plants operation was ultimately simplified allowing involvement of personnel inexperienced in air separation systems. Another no less important advantage is the reduction of the period elapsing from the oxygen generator full stop till the generation of required purity gas to some 10–15 minutes.
AdK-0.060 oxygen plants are widely used in various industries for metal cutting and welding. Besides, AdK-0.060 plants find use in silicate, pulp-and-paper, food, and pharmaceutical industries, in fish farming, wastewater treatment and ozone plants feeding, solids incineration, medicine, etc.
