AGT-0220 Serial adsorption oxygen plants
AGT-0220 — series oxygen plants ensure output capacity of 18 nm³/hr, which means 72 standard oxygen cylinders per day with the purity of 93–95%.
The AGT-0220 series is designed for indoor operation and makes it possible to deploy a complete air-to-oxygen production and cylinder filling cycle at the minimum footprint of 20 м².
Apart from low energy consumption and the resulting low net cost of product oxygen, there is a 150 atm cylinder filling option provided. By switching from bought to in-house gas generated with the use of an AGT-0220 plant customer may reduce its costs associated with process oxygen supply by 5 to 10 times.
Plants assembly with the use of highest-quality component part, as well as rigid control and the involvement of high-proficiency personnel ensured the enhanced quality and reliability of the system offered.
A standard delivery set includes air compression unit, air conditioning unit, adsorption gas separation unit, oxygen booster compressor, oxygen loading rack, and cutter. AGT plant operation was ultimately simplified allowing involvement of personnel inexperienced in air separation systems. Another no less important advantage is the reduction of the period lapsing from the oxygen generator full stop till the production of required purity gas to some 10–15 minutes. All these obvious advantages delivered by the plant made it one of the most popular oxygen production systems in the market.
AGT-0220 oxygen plants are widely used in various industries for metal cutting and welding. Besides, AGT-0220 plants find use in silicate, pulp-and-paper, food, and pharmaceutical industries, in fish farming, wastewater treatment and ozone plants feeding, solids incineration, medicine, etc.
