Serial adsorption oxygen stations AKS-25-150

Serial transportable stations AKS-25-150 allow producing oxygen at site and fill in up to 100 oxygen cylinders per day.

The oxygen station AKS-25-150 has all advantages of oxygen station TAdK-0.018. But at that station ensures oxygen production capacity of 25 nm³/hr, which is equivalent to 2.5 oxygen cylinders per hour.

AKS-25-150 allows deploying the full cycle of 93–95% oxygen production and cylinders filling under150 atm. Thereby, the station is very compact and easily transportable. The station has the compartment for the filling manifold accommodating 6 oxygen cylinders. The only requirement for station operation is the 380V electric power supply, while the power consumption is only 60 kW. The station warm-up period does not exceed 10 minutes.

All the equipment is installed in a standard container with the dimensions of 2500x2500x6000 mm. The container is fitted with the positive ventilation system, heating system and the common control and monitoring unit. The operation of AKS-25-150 oxygen station is made ultimately simple and convenient.

The АКС-25-150 oxygen station is ideal for use at repair and construction sites, at various remote facilities where gaseous oxygen is required. The AKS-25-150 station may be installed on chassis to be promptly transported to the required work location. The station high capacity makes it possible to quickly replenish oxygen deficit and move the station to the next facility.

The range of application of mobile oxygen stations AKS-25-150 is extensive: they are used in various technological processes in almost all industries. The task of oxygen production for metals cutting and welding in field conditions is one of the most important and popular applications of oxygen stations.
