Adsorption hydrogen plants

The adsorption hydrogen plants offered by GRASYS allow recovering high-purity nitrogen — up to 99.9995% — from gas mixtures.

The underlying technology of company made adsorption hydrogen plants is the adsorption technology with a super-short cycle which has been made possible with the adoption of a new adsorbent type and valve system. This enabled a manifold reduction of plant weight and dimensions and, consequently, the cost of equipment versus conventional adsorption hydrogen plants.

GRASYS hydrogen plants allow effectively generating 95–99.9995% hydrogen from gas mixtures while ensuring output capacity of up to 10000 nm³/hr. Where operating conditions are complied with, the useful life of GRASYS super-short cycle hydrogen plants averages some 70 to 120 thousand hours of continuous operation.

Company made plants find application in oil refining by hydrotreating, hydrocracking, ammonium production, vegetable oils, coal, and oil hydrogenation; at chemical plants where hydrogen-bearing gas mixtures are involved in technological procedures.
