Mobile oxygen stations for cylinders filling
GRASYS offers its customers serial mobile oxygen stations for cylinders filling TAdK-0.018, AKS-15-150 and AKS-25-150 with the capacity of 72.60 and 100 cylinders per day respectively. GRASYS also produces custom-made oxygen stations designed to customer specific terms of reference.
The mobile oxygen stations are containerized air separation complexes for 93–95% oxygen production from air and injection in cylinders. The stations are installed in standard block-containers with the dimensions of 2500x2500x6000 mm and as such, may easily be installed on chassis to be promptly transported to the required work location.
The container is fitted with the positive ventilation system, and heating system, which allows conveniently operate the station across climatic zones. No special foundation is required for station installation. The only requirement for station operation is the 380V electric power supply, with no other energy resources needed for oxygen production.
The undoubted advantage of GRASYS oxygen stations is the short start and stop period taking no more than 10 minutes. Prompt reaching full operation enables the customer to produce oxygen only when needed. This is a great benefit in comparison with cryogenic plants requiring round-the-clock operation.
The range of oxygen plants application is extensive, including the autogenous oxygen production (apart from automated metals cutting). Oxygen generators are also used in silicate, pulp-and-paper, food and pharmaceutical industries, in fish farming, effluents treatment, ozone plants feeding, solid wastes incineration and in medicine.
The stations produce oxygen from atmospheric air on the basis of the highly recognized pressure swing adsorption technology (PSA). Mobile oxygen stations have enhanced performance characteristics — they combine exceptional reliability and relatively low cost of product oxygen.
The operating principle of GRASYS mobile oxygen stations is based on the ability of adsorbing materials to preferentially adsorb nitrogen and impurity gases molecules contained in atmospheric air, while letting oxygen molecules freely pass through. All adsorbents used in oxygen generators are certified and inspected in Russia, which ensures the system operating reliability and high quality of end product.
