Cryogenic nitrogen plants
Company offered cryogenic nitrogen plants represent highly efficient equipment for large-scale nitrogen production with the nitrogen purity of up to 1 ppm.
Where customer requires above 99.999% pure nitrogen with nitrogen consumption volume exceeding 5000 nm³/hr, then in most cases economically feasible proves the cryogenic technology of nitrogen production. Where nitrogen consumption is rated to more than 10000 nm³/hr, cryogenic technology-based plants are nearly always more advantageous than membrane and adsorption systems.
Where customer requires nitrogen generation in both gaseous and liquid state, cryogenic technology is the only adequate choice. Liquid air separation products may be generated only by means of low-temperature rectification, while membrane and adsorption plants are only useful for production of gaseous-state products.
