Membrane hydrogen plants

Company hydrogen plants designed on the basis of the membrane technology represent a high-performance and reliable equipment for hydrogen concentration in hydrogen-bearing gas mixtures.

Membrane technology which was made a basis for GRASYS plants is, one way, thoroughly studied and has been in use for more than 20 years. Another way, this technology is being continuously improved and has a considerable development potential. The key advantage of GRASYS membrane hydrogen plants is definitely their simplicity and reliability at moderate weight and dimensional parameters. Unlike cryogenic and adsorption systems, membrane hydrogen plants totally lack any moving parts.

GRASYS membrane hydrogen plants are designed for hydrogen concentration up to 90–99.9% with the product flow rate reaching 50000 nm³/hr. The plant useful life is 130–180 thousand hours of continuous operation.

Company made plants find application in oil refining by hydrotreating, hydrocracking, ammonium production, vegetable oils, coal, and oil hydrogenation; at chemical plants where hydrogen-bearing gas mixtures are involved in technological procedures.
