Mobile nitrogen stations
Specially developed and designated for field operation mobile nitrogen stations represent self-contained, container-enclosed systems for nitrogen production from atmospheric air.
Air separation stations for nitrogen production are designed for production of inert nitrogen mixture from atmospheric air for explosion and fire safety provision at chemical, petrochemical, and petroleum industry enterprises. Stations are dedicated to nitrogen production for technological purposes, pressure charging of inert gas environment and provision of explosion and fire safety at hazardous facilities. Mobile nitrogen stations allow operation in various climatic conditions, being reliable and easy to operate.
The purity of product nitrogen can be adjusted within a broad range during mobile nitrogen station operating cycle, which is the unique feature of GRASYS systems. Air separation nitrogen station is completely automated, with parameters control exercised without operator's direct involvement.
Mobile nitrogen stations consist of diesel compressor, air-conditioning unit, and hollow-fiber membrane-based gas separation unit which ensures the unique station performance parameters. Due to outmost the reliability and enhanced capacity all air separation mobile nitrogen systems are currently manufactured worldwide on the basis of the membrane technology. The combination of innovative technologies and long-term experience of company specialists makes it possible to guarantee the highest reliability of air separation stations produced, proven in the harsh conditions of Far North.
