Nitropower based nitrogen plant allows nitrogen-aided snack packing

The Russian snack producer Light-Food LLC successfully runs an adsorption nitrogen plant on the basis of a Nitropower nitrogen generator of Grasys. The nitrogen produced by Nitropower is used for generation of inert environment for packing and storage of sunflower seeds. Packing in nitrogen prevents propagation of microorganisms and retards the oxidation processes, which results in a material increase in the product shelf life.

The capacity of the plant supplied is 10 cubic meters per hour, the product gas purity is 99.9%.
