Staff makes the difference

The HR Department of Grasys in conjunction with the Synergy Business School is implementing the uniquely designed program for training and development of the Grasys staff.

The special program is developed on the basis of the expertise accumulated by the partnering Synergy Business School and the Moscow Contemporary Business Institute with the employment of the efficient corporate training tools and multimedia means. The program is aimed to optimize the business processes and improve efficiency of personnel performance, and is unique in terms of the wide range of Grasys projects: development and manufacture of natural and associated petroleum gas treatment plants, nitrogen fire-fighting units, hydrogen plants, nitrogen and oxygen stationary plants and mobile stations, with a customized training solution devised for each business line.

Training of the Grasys specialists is conducted by the professional ICF certified coach ranking as one of the Russia’s top business coaches according to Rosbusiness.ru.

The Grasys staff includes more 350 persons engaged in the company activities over a wide range of activities. During 2013, more than 65% employees took part in the staff training program. The program envisages a number of similar business training courses conducted until the end of the year. Being the leader of the air and gas separation market in CIS and Eastern Europe, Grasys has been continuously carrying on the work devoted to improvement of company staff proficiency.
