On October 6 to 9, Grasys to attend the Saint-Petersburg Internal Gas Forum offering nano-technological solutions for fuel and energy industry as part of ROSNANO Group

Grasys' exhibition stand was visited by the management of the largest Russian companies in the gas sector. The RF President's Special Representative for Interaction with the Forum of the Gas Exporting Countries, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gazprom JSC Victor Zubkov, Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom JSC Aleksey Miller familiarized themselves with the results of the adoption of innovative technologies at Gazprom's facilities, including the use of nano-technological solutions in the Siberian Power project.

The workshops demonstrated that the projects of ROSNANO are welcomed by specialists in the petroleum industry. Out of the 14 nano-technological solutions for gas industry presented at the stand, 5 are at the pilot stage of development, and 7 have already been tested by the Gazprom business units and ready for use. Among these solutions are the nanocomposite gas separation membrane of RPC Grasys designed for treatment of natural and associated petroleum gas, as well as membrane nitrogen stations.

Following the agenda of the Gas Forum, the representative of the ROSNANO Group shared their experience with Gazprom JSC in resolving import replacement tasks in the field of membrane technologies.

During the Forum, one of the key topics discussed by ROSNANO at the workshops was the program for boosting the demand for innovative, in particular nano-technological, products in the gas industry launched by the Group in conjunction with the leading domestic companies, including the initiatives to support nano industry companies applying for certification in the upstream sector.
