The Research and Production Company «Grasys» has engineered, supplied and commissioned a high-performance nitrogen membrane station for the distribution oil-handling terminal of the JSC «RPC-Vysotsk «LUKOIL-II». The product nitrogen will be employed in storage of oil products under a nitrogen blanket and for pipelines and equipment purging.
Capacity of the station — 1500 m3 of 97% pure nitrogen per hour. The station is incorporated into a block box, the basic process equipment comprise a gas separation unit and electrically-driven compressors. The nitrogen membrane station is fitted with fire alarm, heating and ventilation systems in line with existing standards and specifications as well as the Customer’s requests.
