Grasys confirms compliance of the Quality Management System to API Standards

The Research and Production Company Grasys have successfully passed the second annual compliance audit of the Quality Management System on compliance with the API (American Petroleum Institute) standards.

QMS processes of the Company were inspected: assessment of customers satisfaction, contract analysis, engineering and development (as regards to the extensive range of products), management of business, HR, nonconforming products, metrological supervision, maintenance of equipment, as well as maintenance and development of the Quality Management System itself.

In conclusion of the audit inspection, API experts have highly appraised dynamics in Quality Management System development and positive changes that took place during the year, they have made a special mention of the latest IT systems of operations and products life cycle management, and employees incentive program.

Based on the results of the audit, the Quality Management System of Grasys is acknowledged meeting the API standards, it was recommended to extend validity of the certificate. Audit has confirmed competency of the Company to engineer air and gas separation units and stations, skid-mounted compressor stations, gas treatment stations as per requirements of the API Spec Q1, and rectifying minor non-compliances identified in course of audit will enable the Company to make improvements in its activities.

The next re-certification audit of API is planned for August 2018.

As a reminder, the RPC Grasys is the only air and gas separation company certified under the API Spec Q1 standards in Russia.
