The RPC «Grasys» for environmentally friendly manufacture and reduction of environmental pollutant discharges

The Year 2017 is announced as the Year of Ecology as per the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The Research and Production Company «Grasys» supports the policy of ecological safety of the country. More than 500 nitrogen membrane units and stations are operated in Russia and the CIS countries. The equipment which is free of any industrial wastes and does not pollute the air and the environment.

Now as well as within the recent 7 years the Company performs dynamic activities on solution of ecological problems related to use of associated petroleum gas and on compliance by oil companies with requirements of license agreements. Application of membrane gas treatment units enables resolution of problems with reduction of pollutant emissions from gas turbine and gas engine power plants. Experts of Grasys have designed and introduced jointly with Russian oil and gas leading companies more than 10 associated petroleum gas treatment units as well as natural gas treatment units for use of APG and NG as fuel gas. The membrane technology is environmentally friendly, no chemicals are used in the gas treatment process.

Equipment from Grasys certified under the standards ISO 9001, CE and API is manufactured at the facilities where systems of environmentally compliant consumption of resources are applied. Activities on minimization of industrial wastes are carried out. Weekly inspection of the workshop are carried out under one of the methods on lean production and workplace organization and optimization 5S, which provides for the optimum conditions for work performance, maintains good order and cleanliness at workplace as well as reduces the risk of accidents.
