“Grasys” nitrogen stations shipped to coal mines and open cuts of SUEC-Kuzbass Company

The RPC “Grasys” manufactured and supplied two mobile nitrogen stations for one of the major Russian coal-mining companies – the SUEC-Kuzbass Company.

Along the primary process equipment, the skid-mounted nitrogen station with the output capacity of 65 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with 95% purity grade is equipped with a booster compressor and a filler ramp facilitating nitrogen filling to cylinders under the 150 atm pressure. The product nitrogen shall be used for inflating of giant tires of the custom vehicles employed in coal mining.

The second nitrogen station mounted on a cross-country chassis of a KAMAZ container truck also produces 65 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with 95% purity grade. The product nitrogen shall be used for improvement of operation safety in use of the giant tires.

Both stations are equipped with diesel generators, which fully provide for independent operability of the equipment.
