A traditional summing up of the outgoing year results was held at RPC Grasys at the end of December. The key subjects of the meeting were the most important implemented projects, milestone events, as well as innovations and achievements of the Engineering Center of the Company.
The Engineering Center reported on the purchase of new equipment unique to the Russian market and the production site modernization in Domodedovo, the creation of project offices and the manufacture of equipment for large EPC projects of the Company, the launch of the nitrogen system production line for non-CIS markets that meet ASME and API standards, the innovative developments in the field of power electrical equipment and the testing of automated systems.
After the official part, the Company’s management rewarded the rationalizers who submitted the biggest number of effective offers for products and activities improvement, the best employees and the most active journalists of the corporate newspaper, as well as the employees who received the largest number of thanks from colleagues.
The victors were also honored in sports and art. They were the members of darts, tennis and volleyball teams, winners of competitions such as the best photos of the Company’s equipment and “Vacation with Grasys”.
All distinguished employees were awarded certificates, souvenirs and cash bonuses.
