Nitrogen station passed acceptance testing at JSC «Grasys» production facilities

Within the scope of the Supply Contract, representatives of the Customer visited «Grasys» production facilities in Domodedovo for acceptance inspection of nitrogen stations.

For two days the acceptance commission participated shop testing in course of which the equipment was operated in various modes. The stated performance specifications of the stations — 600 m3/h output capacity, 98% nitrogen purity grade and 1 MPa pressure — were fully met.

Technical, operation/maintenance and permissive documentation for the core process equipment have successfully passed the inspection checkup.

According to the results of the inspection activities, the nitrogen stations were accepted by the Customer without demurs.

«Grasys» products are certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, on request can be customized to the ASME, CE standards, corporate standards of TOTAL, Gazprom, Shell. The Quality management system of the Company complies with ISO 9001:2015.

«Grasys» is the only company in the gas separation industry of Russia certified to the API Spec Q1 standards since February 2016.
