Grasys Has Commissioned Nitrogen and Compressor Units at Plant Protection Agents Manufacturer

R&P Co. Grasys’ specialists have completed commissioning works at the facility engaged in plant protection agents. The manufacturer is engaged in generic products for the agricultural-industrial sector searching for new blends based on already available formulations.

The Grasys nitrogen unit featuring 190 m³/h capacity, 96% nitrogen purity, 0,8 MPa pressure and BKS compressor unit featuring 800 m³/h capacity and 1 MPa pressure to be deployed in the blend production process.

Items in assembly with the nitrogen unit:

• membrane gas separation module;
• VFD screw air compressor;
• refrigeration dryer;
• mainline air filter kit;
• nitrogen storage receiver.

Items in assembly with the compressor unit:

• screw air compressor with frequency regulation and control system;
• screw air compressor;
• instrument air adsorption dryer;
• air storage receiver.

R&P Co. Grasys centers on the product quality. Wiring, metalwork, painting, pipeline arc welding and metal structure semi-automatic welding are performed in the workshop.
