Grasys Adsorption Nitrogen Unit Has Been Shipped to the Electric Equipment Repair Company

Grasys adsorption nitrogen unit has been placed into operation at a company engaged in manufacture and repair of electric motors, generators and transformers. The key company’s development trend is to use technologies capable of both keeping to a minimum the adverse effect on the active parts of machines during repair and increasing reliability and durability of the repaired and updated facilities.

Equipment featuring capacity of 35 CBM nitrogen per hour with 99, 999% purity and 2 MPa pressure is deployed both for cutting electrical steel and in vacuum-pressure impregnation unit: soak treatment conditions and compound storage mode.

The whole range of the R&P Co. Grasys units and plants take comprehensive factory tests with process stabilization witnessed by the Customer at the own production site in Domodedovo, and the same at the Customer's site during commissioning.
