Grasys Nitrogen Plant Delivered to Chemical Production Facility

R&P Co. Grasys has supplied a nitrogen unit in modular container for Federal State Enterprise Anosit in the Novosibirsk Region. Nitrogen is used in liquid rocket fuel production process.

Two lines are provided for in the unit: one line of low pressure, 700 m³/h, 99.65% purity, 0.4–0.6 MPa pressure and the other line of high pressure, 650 ± 10% m³/h, 99.65% purity and 3.5 MPa pressure.

The equipment has been delivered by three trawls succeeded in covering a 3000-km distance despite the hardships attributable to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The unit automated control system is based on a Russian-made controller. The unit performance including a booster compressor provides a fully unattended operation.

Modular container of the nitrogen unit is equipped with oxygen MPC (maximum permissible concentration) monitoring system featuring emergency ventilation automatic start and light & sound signal sending in response to threshold decreasing / exceeding.
