Grasys Nitrogen Adsorption Unit Placed into Service at Optics & Electronics Semi-Finished Product Plant

Research & Production Company Grasys’ specialists have manufactured and placed into service an adsorption nitrogen unit for a major Russian manufacturer and exporter of germanium semi-finished products for optics and electronics.

The unit capacity is as high as 100 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with 99.5% purity at 0.8 MPa operating pressure. The generated nitrogen is used at the coal dust production site with a focus on air displacement from process equipment and coal dust accumulation bunkers, as well as on bag-type filter regeneration.

All R&P Co. Grasys’ units and plants are subject to complex factory tests with full reaching of operating conditions witnessed by the Customer within own production site in Domodedovo or during commissioning at the Customer's premises.
