By efforts of R&P Co. Grasys’ specialists an adsorption nitrogen plant has been manufactured, shipped with spare parts and placed into operation at an agricultural equipment manufacturer.
The plant capacity features 3.8 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with 99.9% purity at 0.7 MPa operating pressure. The package also includes a 270-liter storage tank. The generated nitrogen is used for heat treatment and component coating.
All and any R&P Co. Grasys units and plants are subjected to complex factory tests with establishing stable operating conditions witnessed by the Customer at the own manufacturing facility located in Domodedovo or during commissioning on the Customer site.
