Oxygen Plant Is Available Now in the City Hospital of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

A new oxygen plant is available now in the municipal Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk hospital named after F.S. Ankudinov. A many as several departments of the healthcare provider ihave mmediately gained access to oxygen, which is vital not only for patients recovered from the COVID-19, but also for those suffering from severe pulmonary diseases.

Andrey Shiryaev, Chief Medical Officer of the municipal hospital, has noted that this is not just a plant but rather a genuine manufacturing facility that ensures consistent hospital performance even during peak loads.

“Even in the post-COVID days the plant will do the patients a world of good. Oxygen is now supplied not only to those wards where patients with pulmonary morbidity are treated, but also to other hospital departments,” said Chief Medical Officer.
