Starting on May 31 and ending on June 2, 2023, Research and Production Company Grasys will take part in the CIPPE 2023 exhibition that will be held at the NCIEC New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing (China). This is the highest-profile international exhibition for petroleum and petrochemical equipment and technologies.
The exhibition has been taking place annually since 2001, and attracts exhibitors and visitors coming from over 60 countries and regions. The most famous Chinese national companies in the oil and gas and petrochemical sector as well as global corporations - key stakeholders in the world oil and gas market - participate in the CIPPE forum.
Grasys is the only company in Russia and the CIS specializing in manufacturing hollow fiber gas separation membrane elements (cartridges) designed to concentrate and separate the required gases as well as to remove contaminating impurities.
The Addressed Challenges:
Helium
- Helium pulldown in product gas to meet the Customer’s requirements. Simultaneosuly, the CO₂ content is decreased and additional gas drying takes place;
- Producing a helium-rich stream for further injection into formation;
- Producing helium "concentrate" (40 … 90% mole). It can be used as raw material for further commercial helium generation.
Hydrogen
- Hydrogen concentration and generation of up to 90-99.9% hydrogen-rich gas stream;
- Correction of H₂/СО components in synthesis gas.
Hydrocarbon gases
- Decrease in CO₂ and hydrogen sulfide content;
- Drying of natural and other gases (water dew point from -10°C and below);
- Decrease in inert gases concentration;
- Increase in methane content in mine gas.
Biogas
- Biogas treatment to biomethane (removal of CO₂ and other impurities).
