GRASYS has supplied nitrogen stations to the gas field within the Medvezhy OGC Field

Pursuant to a recent contract, GRASYS has supplied two identical mobile nitrogen stations to LLC Gazprom Dobycha Nadym. The nitrogen produced by the GRASY mobile stations will be used for purging process equipment and generating inert environment required for other flow processes run at GP-6, UPK-6 of the Medvezhy OGC Field.

These mobile nitrogen stations present a two-way process implementation solution: low-pressure recovery of 99% nitrogen at 80 nm³/hr and high-pressure recovery of 95% nitrogen.

In manufacture of GRASY mobile nitrogen stations, the state-of-the-art membrane technology of air separation was applied. Reliability of stations operation is ensured through the selection of component parts of the world leading manufacturers of compressor equipment; the membrane modules operational life reaches 180,000 hours.

The stations combine small footprint and simplicity of operation. The adoption of the modern intelligent control system GRASYS Intelligent Control-7 available on GRASYS branded products only secures efficient automatic, manual and remote control and monitoring of process parameters relevant to the Customer with the archiving option. The use of the automatic system of gas separation plant startup allows enhancing operating reliability of the gas separation unit.

GRASY nitrogen stations are the most advanced and reliable nitrogen production systems among the options currently offered in the market. GRASY produced nitrogen stations were recommended for adoption at all facilities of OJSC Gazprom. In particular, nitrogen stations are recommended for use at CS, BCS, CS UGSF for pipelines purging and pressure testing, impulse gas drying and generation, temporary shutdown and other purposes.
