Building unique solutions based on proprietary technologies as well as improving and adapting those currently available makes it possible to successfully maintain a high scientific and technical level of the manufactured equipment to meet industrial challenges to the highest standard and increase production performance. Grasys is always in quest of searching for new technical and engineering solutions applicable to gas separation, and the company holds title to patents for inventions and utility models.

One of the most meaningful results of the R&P Co. Grasys’ R&D program was implementation of a brand new membrane technology for hydrocarbon gases separation based on own-produced hollow fiber membrane surpassing its world counterparts. This innovative activity has resulted in producing the currently running industrial-scale plants and building Grasys new patented process design solutions applicable to associated petroleum gas treatment using membrane method.

R&P Co. Grasys owns the rights to a variety of patents for methods and technologies related to separation gas, natural and associated petroleum gas treatment packages, membrane gas separation units and plants. The patent protection covers the Russian Federation, the USA, China, Japan, Europe (Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Serbia, etc.). Furthermore, the patents are valid across Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Turkey and other countries.
