Design and Engineering

Design and engineering documentation in full scope is subject to review and verification procedures, as well as engineering inspection.

Manufacture under engineering inspection

Grasys Technical Control Department (QCD) prevents output of products that do not meet the established requirements of regulatory documents, technical specifications (TS), contributes to strengthening production discipline and raising responsibility of all production sections for the manufactured product quality.

Quality Control Department deals with:

• Supervision of compliance with the established requirements at all production stages.
• Technical and acceptance product inspection aiming at preventing supply of the products that do not meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitoring implementation of work programs aimed at improving the manufactured product quality and reliability.
• Product control status assignment and a lot more.

Factory testing

• Manufactured equipment is factory tested for conformity to the technical specifications.
• In the case of non-standard equipment (high energy consumption), equipment performance verification testing is carried out immediately at the operating site.
