General Description

Grasys mobile membrane nitrogen generator is a self-contained system designed to generate up to 3 000 m³/h of nitrogen. Nitrogen systems are comprised of a diesel or electric driven compressor, air handling unit, gas separation unit and control system. One of the facility essential elements that in many ways determines performance infallibility and life duration is gas separation unit based on hollow fiber membrane technology. R&P Co. Grasys is engaged in a full cycle of developing and manufacturing mobile membrane nitrogen generators.

The core process and non-process equipment of nitrogen plants is mounted inside modular containers designed for operation in various climatic zones in line with the requirements of GOST 15150-69 and equipped with automatic systems of suction-and-exhaust ventilation, heating, fire-fighting, security and fire alarms, external, internal and emergency lights. Plants can be fabricated as permanently installed, trailer- or truck-mounted. Modular containers are made in the desired size and configuration. Subject to capacity and Customer’s requirements the plants are made in single-module or multi-module configuration.

Using in assembly with nitrogen systems compressor equipment, instrumentation from mainstream manufacturers, highly intelligent advanced control system and Grasys membrane gas separation unit of perfect design ensures its outstanding reliability, guaranteed achievement of the specified performance data and user friendliness. The mobile nitrogen generator provides service life of over 20 years.
