Focusing on the needs and wishes of its Customers, R&P Co. Grasys has launched a series of air compressors under its own brand name.
Grasys compressors are manufactured on the basis of GHH-RAND, ROTORCOMP and AERZEN screw pairs, using components from the world's leading manufacturers. The production process uses a flexible assembly plan and multi-stage quality control. The control system automatically monitors and controls the operation of the compressor.
All air compressors are delivered with a warranty and all necessary permits and certificates.
The Grasys service department carries out the commissioning, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the compressors, as well as their repair, at the customer's convenience during the entire operating life of the compressors. All maintenance work will be carried out using only genuine quality spare parts and consumables, from filters, valves and oil to hoses and housing components. A stock of spare parts enables repairs or maintenance to be carried out in the shortest possible time.
Grasys compressors are reliable and durable, easy to use and maintain, and meet international and Russian quality standards and regulatory requirements.

General Description
Grasys compressors are designed to meet the needs for compressed air with specified purification and dehydration parameters in all industrial sectors, including the oil and gas, petrochemical, and chemical industries. The compressed air produced by the system complies with GOST 17433-80.
Compressed plant air is also used in the energy, mechanical engineering, plastics, food processing, woodworking, iron and steel, and transport industries. Compressed air is also required for stabilising and balancing hydraulic systems, for air cooling of industrial reactors, etc.
