Grasys booster compressor skid packages (DKS series) are complete turnkey systems for supplying enterprises with compressed air or gas. All complexes are tailored individually, according to the technical and operational requirements of the Customer.
Booster compressor skid packages are designed for the production and treatment of compressed air and a wide range of compressed gases: natural gas, associated petroleum gas, hydrogen-bearing gases, nitrogen, and other process gases. High-tech equipment enables customers to produce and treat the above gases in-house, according to their own requirements.
The compressor-based plants are designed taking into account the composition of the feed gas, the operating conditions, the specific application, and other factors. The specifics of the production processes are also taken into account.

Each plant is designed around a screw-type or reciprocating compressor. On request, the DKS series plants can be manufactured in a containerised or modular design. Our customers will have no need for additional maintenance of the compressor plant, as the complexes are fully automated and equipped with all the necessary safety systems. No permanent staff presence is required.

The advanced, smart GRASYS Intelligent Control-8 monitoring and control system ensures the simplest and most convenient control of the GRASYS compressor plant.
The GRASYS Intelligent Control-8 monitoring and control system provides:
- Full control of all plant systems;
- Manual, automatic and remote control options;
- The ability to integrate the plant's control system into the factory-wide control system;
- Emergency interlocks to protect against falling outside the permitted limits of key process parameters;
- Switching the plant to standby mode under zero compressed air or gas consumption;
- A wide range of additional options, including the ability to control unit parameters via the Internet;
- Archiving the main technical parameters of the plant.
The control panel is equipped with an active LCD display and shortcuts to access the most important functions.
The control system can be developed on the software and hardware complex of any modern equipment manufacturer, both foreign (B&R, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Yokogawa, General Electric, Rockwell Automation) and domestic (OVEN, Prosoft Systems, Segnetics, TREI, TECON, etc.).
