Grasys technology enables process challenges to be efficiently addressed through the use of different selective layers and a variety of fibre geometries.

Optimisation of different gas purification applications is achieved by using a variety of membrane parameters such as geometric dimensions, gas flow direction.

The current product range includes 2", 8" and 12" cartridges, with any type of gas supply.

Applications:

Helium

Helium impoverishment in product gas to meet the Customer's requirements. Simultaneously, there occurs decrease in СО₂ content, and additional gas drying;
Generating a helium-rich flow for further injection into formation;
Generating helium concentrate (40...90% mol.) that can be used as feedstock for further commercial helium production.

A unique research and production complex is located in the territory of the Dubna Special Economic Zone of Technical-Innovative Type. One of the most strategically important areas is the production of membrane cartridges for hydrocarbon gas separation, including the helium concentrate separation.
