The offered by Grasys serial oxygen plants of the AKS model range are designed to generate gaseous oxygen with up to 99% purity from atmospheric air with capacity ranging from 5.5 to 100 m³/h.

Should the Customer need bottled oxygen, Grasys can offer serial adsorption oxygen cylinder filling units AKSB made being inspired by the AKS units that so far have given a splendid account of oneself.

The operating principle of the AKS adsorption oxygen generator is based on properties of the adsorbent materials selectively absorbing nitrogen molecules and impurity gases contained in the atmospheric air while letting oxygen molecules pass through. All adsorbents used in oxygen generators undergo certification procedure and inspection in Russia, which guarantees the system reliability and high quality of the generated product.

Cylinder Filling Stations

Grasys offers mobile oxygen cylinder filling stations with a capacity of up to 100 cylinders per day. Mobile oxygen generation stations are containerised air separation units that generate the oxygen with a purity of up to 99% from the air and pump it into cylinders. The units are housed in standard containerised modules measuring 2,500×2,500×6,000 mm, allowing them to be easily mounted on a chassis and transported to the required site.

General Description

The container housing the oxygen plant is equipped with forced ventilation and heating systems. This allows the plants to be comfortably operated in different climate zones. No special foundation is required to install the unit. All that is required to operate the units is a 380V power supply; no other utilities are required to generate the oxygen.

The undisputed advantage of the Grasys oxygen generation units is the quick start-up and shut-down of the system, which takes no more than 20 minutes. This quick warm-up time allows the customer to produce oxygen only when it is needed. This is a huge advantage compared to cryogenic plants, which have to operate around the clock.

The range of applications for mobile oxygen stations is very wide and includes the applications related to autogenous oxygen generation (except for automatic metal cutting). Such units are also used in the silicate, pulp-and-paper, food and pharmaceutical industries, fish farming, waste water treatment and ozone plant feeding, solid waste incineration and health care.

The stations generate oxygen from atmospheric air using the well-proven (PSA или КБА метод) technology. The mobile oxygen stations is characterised by high technical and economic performance. It combines outstanding reliability with a low cost of oxygen produced.
