Contemporary view of nitrogen-aided packing

1 November 2013

One of the Kazakhstan leading brands, Libella Bottlers Almaty, utilizes the adsorption nitrogen plant based on the new-level Nitropower generator in its commercial production of non-alcoholic beverage.

RPC Grasys supplied a nitrogen plant to the sparkling beverage production facility in Almaty. The Nitropower generator in the Standart configuration produces nitrogen with a purity of 99.9% to be used in the production shop for storage and packing of the company products. This is a modern-day approach to storage and packing of products, which significantly extends the shelf-life period as compared with other technologies.

The research and production company Grasys is the leader of the CIS and Eastern Europe market of development and production of industrial equipment. The plants and stations produced by Grasys are operated by the major enterprises of Central Asia: Eurasian Foods Group (Kazakhstan), AZNAR (Azerbaijan), Agroproduct Group (Kazakhstan), Olzha (Kazakhstan), Stolichny Diary Plant (Kazakhstan), Kazmunaigaz (Kazakhstan), Kazakhmys (Kazakhstan), Kazmet (Kazakhstan), Kazakhoil (Kazakhstan), Kaztsink (Kazakhstan), KazTransOil (Kazakhstan), Kom-Munai (Kazakhstan), Turkmenneft (Turkmenistan), Turkmengaz (Turkmenistan), Pilot Mechanical Plant (Tajikistan), Bukharaenergomarkaz (Uzbekistan).
