The Research and Production Company «Grasys» has manufactured and supplied a mobile nitrogen station to the oil field of one of the major Russian oil producers — the «RN-Vankor» LLC Company.

The nitrogen station consists of the main and the backup trains, each having the output capacity of 215 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour with 99,6% purity grade. The product gas will be used to supply the oil treatment plant facilities.

Receivers within the scope of the package will be applied for compressed nitrogen acceptance, storage and dispensing. The station is also fitted with a water heating system providing for a constant operating temperature to be maintained inside the containerized module.

«Grasys» service engineers will carry out 72-hours integrated testing on the site to both trains in course of supervised installation and precommissioning works for nitrogen station starting-up at the field.

To date the JSC «Grasys» has supplied about 400 nitrogen stations of various package configuration for Russian and foreign companies in oil/gas, chemical, coal-mining and other industries. The stations were engineered to operation in various climatic zones according to the National Standard ГОСТ 15150–69, and fitted with automated systems of supply and exhaust ventilation, heating, fire suppression, intrusion detection and fire alarm, outdoor, indoor and emergency lighting.
