Russian Research and Production Company Grasys has turned 20 years old! The company was set up back in 2001 and, thanks to the competence, ambitions and comprehensive scientific base, has made a radical change in the Russian air and gas separation market.
Right from the outset, a team of process specialists and engineers was the first to start supplying package membrane units, and then manufacturing mobile nitrogen stations, which further proved to be an effective solution to purging gas pipelines with nitrogen in remote and hard-to-reach areas.
Today Grasys is a leading manufacturer of air and gas separation equipment (nitrogen and oxygen units and stations), modular compressor stations, medical oxygen concentrators, equipment for automobile gas filling compressor stations, natural and associated petroleum gas (APG) treatment plants.
In autumn 2020, in Dubna, R&P Co.Grasys started a high-tech, first across Russia and the CIS import-substituting production of hollow fiber gas separation membranes and membrane cartridges, widely used in various industries, including oil and gas, metallurgy, food and lots of others. One of the strategically significant business lines includes manufacturing membrane cartridges for hydrocarbon gases separation, and specifically helium concentrate recovery.
