Grasys Staff Attend In-Service Training Annually

The company has started a professional development program for employees in line with which Grasys specialists attend various general and special competence courses thus improving their knowledge and skills. With this aim in view, leading coaches are regularly invited to provide training in a wide range of areas.

Shop floor staff do apprenticeship by such trades as a rigger, a crane operator, a compressor unit operator, a floor-operated craneman. When production started in the city of Dubna, the number of trainees in trade jobs has remarkably increased.

R&P Co. Grasys makes arrangements for staff training in occupational safety and health, fire safety, electrical safety codes and regulations, industrial safety certification, non-destructive testing certification, and others.

Special attention is focused on industrial safety certification. Since facilities of most of our customers are highly dangerous, all and any Grasys engineers are trained and certified by Rostekhnadzor in a number of areas.
