Research and Production Company Grasys will participate in the CIPPE 2023 exhibition held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai (China), on August 23-25, 2023. This is the most influential international petrochemical technology and equipment exhibition.
The exhibition is held annually and attracts exhibitors and visitors coming from over 60 countries and regions. The most famous Chinese national companies in the oil & gas, and petrochemical sector as well as global corporations - players in the global oil and gas market - are participating in the CIPPE forum.
Grasys is the only company in Russia and the CIS that specializes in the production of hollow fiber gas separation membrane elements (cartridges) designed to concentrate and separate the desired gases as well as to remove unwanted impurities.
The Addressed Challenges:
Helium
- Helium pulldown in product gas to meet the Customer’s requirements. Simultaneously, the CO₂ content is decreased and additional gas drying takes place;
- Producing a helium-rich stream for further injection into formation;
- Producing helium "concentrate" (40 … 90% mole). It can be used as raw material for further commercial helium generation.
Hydrogen
- Hydrogen concentration and generation of up to 90-99.9% hydrogen-rich gas stream;
- Correction of H₂/СО components in synthesis gas.
Hydrocarbon gases
- Decrease in CO₂ and hydrogen sulfide content;
- Drying of natural and other gases (water dew point from -10°C and below);
- Decrease in inert gases concentration;
- Increase in methane content in mine gas.
Biogas
- Biogas treatment to biomethane (removal of CO₂ and other impurities).
