Grasys Supplied CNG Filling Station Equipment to Gazprom Chain

Research and Production Company Grasys supplied CNG filling station equipment to Gazprom filling station chain. CNG filling stations are designed to refuel vehicles with compressed natural gas. Under the program of vehicle conversion to methane fuel, R&P Co. Grasys cooperates closely with Gazprom Gas Engine Fuel, PJSC Gazprom’s single operator for the gas motor fuel market development in Russia.

Thus, the Grasys station based on the ASPRO compressor unit with a capacity of 1,200 m³/h was installed at CNG filling station-1 Tymovskoye. The major station components such as gas accumulator unit, gas treatment facility, inlet valve unit, priority panel and modular container have been developed and built at the Grasys manufacturing site. The gas treatment unit capacity is 1,500 m³/h, gas accumulator unit has 2,500-liter volume. The station is equipped with all the required engineering systems.

Currently, over 20 CNG filling stations made by Grasys are running at facilities within the Russian Federation; over 40 stations are being assembled at the company’s manufacturing sites for various customers. The stations are supplied both as general container-type design and as separate modules.

Furthermore, R&P Co. Grasys has developed and successfully applies gas treatment units (high-pressure dryer) for CNG filling stations of in-house production featuring capacity range of: 500 m³/h, 1000 m³/h, 1500 m³/h, 2000 m³/h, 2500 m³/ h, 3000 m³/h. Modular design facilitates an easy and space-saving installation and dismantling of the dryer into a CNG filling station container.

Grasys products fully conform to the requirements applicable to CNG filling station subsidizing and are provided with necessary reports issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation proving industrial goods production within the Russian Federation.
