For companies engaged in breeding fish, crabs and shrimp, R&P Co. Grasys is pleased to offer special equipment to produce oxygen from the air.
We are involved in designing and manufacturing oxygen generators (oxygenators) and oxygen units to produce pure oxygen. Through the use of such equipment the efficiency of breeding fish, shrimp and crabs is improved, and plenty of fish is raised at low cost.
The Key Issues to Address
When breeding fish, farms pay a lot of attention to oxygen indicators in water. This is of great current interest to both industrial-scale fish breeding and small farms. Fish farms that use recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) enjoy ever-growing popularity.
Recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) is a frame pool where fish are raised under the closed water exchange cycle conditions. Due to the high fish population density, the RAS water needs enriching with oxygen. Oxygen is also required when transporting live fish in tanks, especially in the summertime.
Grasys is engaged in manufacturing air separation generators and oxygen production units for fish, shrimp, crab and mussel farming companies. Oxygen units enable to produce oxygen from the atmosphere air; this is environmentally-friendly, efficient and highly cost-effective kind of equipment.
Subject to the application and the desired oxygen purity, Grasys is proud to offer equipment based on adsorption or membrane technology, both permanent-type and mobile (containerized).
Medical Oxygen Concentrators Oxypower
AKS oxygen generation units are designed to supply oxygen to operating rooms and special care wards, to be connected to lung ventilators, anaesthesia and respiratory equipment and other devices, as well as to the central gas supply system.
Capacity: up to 4,000 L/min
Oxygen concentration: up to 95%
Installation: indoors
Cylinder filling (optional)
Medical Oxygen Stations Oxypower
AKS oxygen generation stations are turnkey systems for supplying oxygen to medical facilities. All you need to do is plug in the power supply and connect the oxygen to the manifold. The plant can be located anywhere outside the hospital building.
Capacity: up to 4,000 L/min
Oxygen concentration: up to 95%
Installation: outdoors (in a containerised module)
Cylinder filling (optional)
Capacity: up to 6,000 m³/h
Oxygen purity: up to 95% (up to 99% after post-treatment (optional))
Installation: indoors
Cylinder filling (optional)
Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Plants
Capacity: up to 6,000 m³/h
Oxygen purity: up to 95% (up to 99% after post-treatment (optional))
Installation: indoors
Cylinder filling (optional)
Capacity: up to 6,000 m³/h
Oxygen purity: up to 95% (up to 99% after post-treatment (optional))
Installation: outdoors (in a containerised module)
Cylinder filling (optional)
Capacity: up to 10,000 m³/h
Oxygen purity: up to 45%
Installation: indoors, outdoors (in a containerised module)
he proper oxygen concentration for fish depends on species and development stage: eggs, fish larvae, juveniles, harvestable fish. The oxygen concentration details are also essential when transporting fish.
The conducted research has shown that the use of oxygen units and plants in incubation workshops for growing juveniles results in:
The use of Grasys oxygen units for fish breeding will permit you to reduce the feed ratio by a factor of 1.3–1.5, and improve the fish weight gain by a factor of 1.4–1.6.
